It has been four days since your classmate and friend, Jesse, disappeared. On the night of the disappearance, Jesse’s worried parents called each one of you to ask whether you’d seen Jesse. But none of you had seen Jesse after class.

The next day, the parents called the police to investigate the disappearance of their child. However, the police haven’t had any leads up until now.

It seemed as if Jesse had just vanished into thin air...

Today you decided to pay Jesse’s parents a visit to comfort them, but more importantly, to do some investigating yourselves. After drinking a cup of tea with the parents, you’ve asked them whether you could see Jesse’s room. The mom explained that the police have declared the room off-limits until the investigation is finished. After a long time of pleading and begging, the mom finally gave in.

“Okay,” she said, “But be sure to get out of there in fifteen minutes before the police continue their investigation.” You thank her and make your way up to Jesse’s room.

The room hasn’t changed a bit since you last were there. As you walk around the room, you are suddenly startled by strange drumming noises coming from within the closet. You try to open it, but find it to be locked. Upon further investigation you find Jesse’s diary. Maybe this will hold some clues about Jesse’s whereabouts and the mysterious drumming noises...
